Supporting in investigation and bringing cases to resolution in line with the university’s regulations and processes. Proactively contributing to the student experience monitoring data and reporting trends in student casework. Providing advice, guidance, and training to stakeholders, promoting best practice when handling appeals, complaints, and conduct matters. Preparing investigatory reports, and assessing detailed information and evidence. Engaging with various stakeholders on continual improvement to procedures and policies in the core areas of: - Student Complaints - Student Discipline / Conduct - Academic Misconduct
